Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It excludes terrorism involving nuclear, radioactive, biological or chemical means, or causing over $25 million in property damage or 50 deaths or serious injuries, but only if the federal terrorism program ends or changes in specified ways.
How the form has changed
The 01 15 edition rewords the closing statement that the exclusion does not create coverage for injury or damage otherwise excluded. The coverage is the same as 01 07.
