Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It replaces the pollution exclusion with a total pollution exclusion under Coverage A, keeping an exception for heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire unless the fire started at a waste site or a pollution cleanup operation.
