BP 05 96 Electronic Data Liability - Broad Coverage

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It adds claims-made businessowners liability coverage for damages from loss of, or inability to access, others' electronic data caused by an electronic data incident after any retroactive date, with its own aggregate and per-incident limits and an optional three-year extended reporting period.
