It replaces the bankruptcy or insolvency exclusion in the auto dealers acts, errors or omissions liability coverages, excluding damages from the bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation, receivership or inability to pay of any insurer or other risk-bearing entity where the insured placed a customer's insurance.
