Coverage description

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It extends unit-owners coverage while the residence premises is regularly rented or held for rental to others, adds a theft exclusion for money, securities, jewelry and similar valuables, and lets the business exclusion not apply to renting the unit.
