HO 03 12 Windstorm or Hail Percentage Deductible

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It sets a separate deductible for windstorm or hail losses, equal to the Coverage A limit times the percentage shown in the schedule, and no other deductible applies to those losses.
